Cancellation Policy
At Coast Hair, customer service is at the upmost importance. In order to best serve our guests, a strict cancellation policy is in place.
All highlight color & Keratin appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Due to these appointments being lengthy, cancellations made in less than 48 hours notice usually cannot be filled. This policy was made with each client in mind, to make sure we have availability for you!
Style services (blow dry, hair cut, single process, add-on treatments) will require the usual 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made in less than the time frames listed above will incur a 75% fee of all services booked.
No-shows: Someone who does not communicate cancellation/does not show up, as well as same day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of services booked.
Late Policy:
Please allow yourself a few extra minutes to find parking, use the restroom, etc.
We run late at times, life happens. Please communicate (via text or call) to me if you are running 5+ minutes late, so we can make proper accommodations for our next client. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten the service, or may not be able to service you, and a 50% fee may incur as well as rescheduling.
