CANCELLATION POLICY
At Coast Hair, we aim to keep scheduling seamless and respectful for all guests. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. No-Shows & Frequent Cancellations: • No-shows will require a deposit to rebook. • Frequent last-minute cancellations may also result in a deposit requirement. Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service. In some cases, the full service fee may still apply.
