CANCELLATION POLICY
Coast Hair Salon Booking & Courtesy Policy At Coast Hair, we strive to make booking as easy and seamless as possible while also ensuring availability for all clients. We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an opening. No-Shows & Frequent Cancellations • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a deposit will be required to book your next visit. • If you cancel last-minute frequently, a deposit may also be required for future bookings. Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment. In some cases, the full service price may still apply. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, and we look forward to seeing you in the salon!
